Oversaw all digital marketing efforts - Social media, Audience building, CRM, Web, Partner Relations, SMS, Advertising, etc - for Def Jam's entire roster of frontline artists (70+) while placing an emphasis on commercial sales account management and partnerships. Lead account manager for YouTube, Google, Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Peloton, Discord, and many more. Managed and worked with staff of 12.

Digital Marketing Lead

Team leader for Columbia Records’ digital marketing strategy across a roster of 30+ artists. Worked closely with external digital partners, such as YouTube and SoundCloud, to lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns for the full spectrum of music artists. Managed staff of 4.

Communications Coordinator & Social Media Lead

As new media and OTT discussions arose in the premium television space, the Communications Coordinator played an integral role in monitoring and defining how HBO was represented online. The role transformed in to the social media space, where I helped build HBO's public voice on emerging social platforms at the time - Twitter, Facebook, and more.

MTV News Associate Intern, Owner and Operator

Member of the MTV News team as an intern. PA for shoots across Manhattan, including the launch of the Apple iPhone, Tim Gunn’s Project Runway, MTV’s The Hills, and more. First ever intern to pitch, write, interview, edit, and launch an on-air news piece with Mark Ronson and DC hip hop artist Wale (watch here).

Owned and operated TheHipHopUpdate.com from 2007-2014. A leading music website that covered the careers of Kid Cudi, Drake, Nipsey Hussle, Kendrick Lamar, and more. Established a photography and video content business affiliated with the website, called JDOT-SHOTS.
